Don't say I didn't warn you.
So yeah, it's been a month since the last post here at Yellowlane. And a wonderful, yet slightly crazy month at that.
Holidays in North Carolina, a week of 3 am bedtimes wrapping up loose ends for a non-profit project, and adding a new designer to the Firewheel Design team has left me with precious little time on my hands over the last month. Oh yeah, and our perpetual domain name lawsuit has reared its ugly head again. Someday I'll spill the beans on that one, but I'd rather wait until it is resolved.
That said, Happy New Year! Aside from the late nights and legal excitement, we've had a great yeat thus far. As mentioned, Firewheel Design scored big like the opening week of Harry Potter in adding the acclaimed Icon Master, John Marstall, to its ranks.
John is widely regarded as one of the best icon designers walking the planet these days, and we have more gushing praise for him than these pages can hold. No doubt you'll begin seeing his work creeping about here from time to time. All that said, we're pumped about 2004 at Firewheel.
